Hector Condomina
Owner | Electrical Licensing, Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance
Hector brings more than 10 years of hands-on electrical experience across commercial, residential, service, and specialty projects throughout Southwest Florida. His background includes custom lighting design, electrical troubleshooting, remodels, dock and marina systems, and complex installations that require careful planning and precise execution. Over the course of his career, he has developed a strong understanding of electrical codes, permitting requirements, jobsite safety, and the practical solutions needed to deliver reliable, long-lasting results.
At Waterside Electric, Hector leads electrical licensing, technical oversight, and quality assurance. He provides guidance on code compliance, permitting, system design, and higher-complexity projects while helping ensure the company’s work meets professional standards for safety, workmanship, and long-term performance. His focus is making sure each project is properly planned, technically sound, and completed with the attention to detail clients expect from a licensed electrical contractor.
Outside of work, Hector enjoys fishing, boating, and spending time on the water. He is devoted to his wife and two daughters, who receive most of his time and attention away from the business.
Yusel Cardentey
Owner | Operations, Strategy & Growth
Yusel brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across business consulting, national sales, multi-location operations, executive leadership, and customer experience. Throughout his career, he has led large teams, managed complex operations, developed growth strategies, and helped organizations improve performance, accountability, and service. His background includes leading national sales for an electronic component distributor and overseeing performance across a 70-location financial-services region. He is also bilingual in English and Spanish.
At Waterside Electric, Yusel leads operations, business development, strategic planning, financial oversight, marketing, systems, and the overall client experience. His focus is ensuring every customer receives responsive communication, transparent expectations, organized project coordination, and a professional experience from the initial conversation through project completion. He is committed to building long-term relationships with homeowners, businesses, builders, and property professionals by combining quality workmanship with disciplined business execution.
Outside of work, Yusel is devoted to his family and spends much of his free time with his fiancée, son, and growing family. A lifelong basketball enthusiast, he also coaches competitive youth basketball and enjoys helping young athletes develop both on and off the court.
Angel Artigas
Owner | Field Execution, Project Operations & Quality
Angel brings more than 14 years of leadership experience across operations, sales, financial services, team development, and customer relationship management. Throughout his career, he has led teams, managed resources, supported business growth, and built efficient processes designed to improve accountability, consistency, and service. His experience in highly regulated financial environments also strengthened his attention to detail, compliance, clear communication, and disciplined execution.
At Waterside Electric, Angel leads field execution, project operations, and quality oversight. His responsibilities include coordinating schedules, staffing, materials, jobsite activity, customer communication, and the day-to-day delivery of electrical projects. His focus is ensuring every job is organized, completed professionally, and held to Waterside Electric’s standards for safety, workmanship, cleanliness, and long-term reliability. Angel is committed to providing homeowners, businesses, builders, and project partners with responsive communication and dependable follow-through from the initial planning stages through final completion.
Outside of work, Angel enjoys spending time on the water, boating, and fishing. He is married and dedicates most of his free time to his wife and their newborn baby.
